No more endless phone battles to try to get in touch with your doctor, 3-month waits for appointments, or rushed, impersonal visits that limit you to two issues.

Schedule in-person or virtual visits when you need them. Call or text your doctor directly. All without artificial limits, delays, or surprise fees.

Welcoming
We provide primary care for patients of all ages, in English and Spanish. This includes gender-affirming care, ADHD and other mental health care, treatment for substance use disorders, and more. Your comfort and well-being in our clinic are essentially important to us.
Expansive
We’re very excited to reimagine what primary care can be. Whether it’s visits while walking in nearby Mt. Tabor Park, on-site exercise and nutrition planning, home visits, or something else we haven’t thought of yet, we’re deeply committed to finding better ways of doing this all together.
Transparent, Up-Front Pricing

$75 / month
Adults (26+ y/o)
$125 / month
Family Plan (2 adults and their children)
$300 / month
Annual Discount: We offer 10% off if you pay for a full year at a time instead of month-to-month, but please choose what’s best for you and your circumstances.
Equitable Access: A huge part of our decision to practice via the DPC model was to be able to meet folks where they are, and to push back against how much of medicine is dictated by the profit incentive. We will always try to work with folks in need, while balancing our own need to remain in operation. Reach out, and we’ll always try to do what we can!
