Simple, Honest Pricing
We chose the direct primary care (DPC) model — after lots of research, and even more time talking to other folks who have started their own practices — because we think it really does let us provide the highest quality primary care to our patients. Our memberships are intentionally priced to cost meaningfully less out-of-pocket than typical insurance-based primary care (with its co-pays, deductibles, and much higher need for using urgent care and the emergency department), while allowing this work to remain sustainable and fulfilling.
We also really deeply believe in mutual aid and in building resilient, capable community. At Madrona Family Medicine, we want real relationship to be at the center of your care, and are committed to partnering with you to achieve the comprehensive health you deserve.
Membership Plans
CHILDREN / YOUNG ADULTS (0 - 25 years old): $75 / month
ADULTS (26+): $125 / month
FAMILY PLAN (up to 2 adults and their children): $300 / month
Annual Discount: We offer 10% off if you pay for a full year at a time instead of month-to-month, but please choose what’s best for you and your circumstances.
Equitable Access: A huge part of our decision to practice via the DPC model was to have the autonomy to help meet folks where they are, and to push back against how much of medicine is dictated by the profit incentive. We will always try to work with folks in need, while balancing our own need to remain in operation. Reach out, and we’ll always try to do what we can!
Non-Membership Care
Drop-In Services
We offer flat-fee visits for urgent care, sports physicals, and certain in-office procedures for $150.
If you decide to join Madrona within 30 days of an drop-in visit, we’ll apply your flat fee to the membership!
Immigration Exams
Soon, Dr. Slowey will be certified to complete immigration examinations and all associated paperwork.
